Please, If You Don't want to get heartbroken, do not try any of these.

1. checking your spouse's inbox.

If you are a fragile-hearted person, checking your spouse's inbox without permission is really a wrong idea. You never can tell if your spouse had been chatting with ex on how to get back together again, So by the time you check spouse's inbox without letting him/her know and you find sms like "Hey dear, when will your when will you be less busy, i wanna come over for a little cuddle" or sms like "its been long we had sex, i want us to do it again". How will you feel? To think of it,  you might even see worse. It is better not to check your spouse's inbox to keep fragile heart intact.

2. Asking your spouse if he/she has feelings for Ex still.

You know your spouse is no longer with he/her ex, right? so stop asking if he/she still has feeling for ex. If continue to ask your spouse such questions about his/her ex, you are bringing the memory your spouse spent with his/her ex, then he/she may begin to re-develop that likeness for ex and before you know it, your spouse is back with her ex and you, probably will be dumped.

3. Telling your friends to try him/her out. 

If you don't want someone to take away the person you love from you, don't ever tell your friends to try your spouse out. Besides, only a foolish person will asked his friends to try his girlfriend out because he want to know if his girlfriend loves him. Who knows, maybe his friend had been admiring his girlfriend for long and this would look like a great opportunity to get the girl. Think about that.

4. If you see your spouse talking with the opposite sex for long, do not force him her to tell you what the discussion is all about.

Jealousy is allowed in any relationship but don't be too jealous because you see your spouse discussing with the opposite sex for long (especially if that person is not your friend). Just acted like its non of your business. But if you can't hold the jealousy, tell your spouse that you don't feel comfortable when he/she is discussing with the opposite sex and that you don't want anybody to steal him/her from you. This will make your spouse love you even more! for letting him/her know their value in your life.
